For years, I have been a source of motivation or mentorship in my careers as a fitness professional, health scientist, and long career in the Military. I started MYTHOS LLC with a mission to help others achieve success and create a community of like minded individuals. The idea that sparked the creation of the company sprouted from a love for bodybuilding and Greek Mythology. What started as an idea and a passion to promote health and fitness blossomed into a desire to reignite flames of forgotten cultures around the world.
